Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping professionals are entrusted with a variety of functions, including maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel. Tasks involve fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning rooms and communal spaces, and other related duties as needed. Mobility and a proactive approach to managing the work environment are essential, as is ensuring guest spaces align with the brand’s exceptional standards.

Work Environment and Requirements

Success in this position involves upholding safety at the workplace, adhering strictly to company policies and confidentiality protocols, preserving quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, and the ability to handle, move, lift, or push objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
