Role overview

The Hotel All-Rounder at Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park plays a versatile guest-facing role, supporting both Front Desk and Food & Beverage operations. This position is based in North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia and is a full-time onsite opportunity.

Key duties

• Provide a high standard of guest service throughout the entire stay, from arrival through departure and all interactions in between.
• Act as one of the main contact points for guests and visitors.
• Work rostered shifts across both Food & Beverage and Front Desk functions.
• Handle a broad mix of hotel responsibilities, ensuring the workday stays varied and dynamic.
• Support hotel sales efforts by presenting and promoting the property’s facilities.
• Prepare coffees and light snacks for café service.
• Deliver food to guests as required.
• Maintain accurate guest account records.
• Offer warm, informed, and attentive service to both external visitors and internal team members.
• Introduce non-ALL guests to the Accor Live Limitless program, explain its benefits, and encourage sign-ups.
