About the Property

Located in Port Douglas, about an hour’s drive north of Cairns, Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa offers a variety of stays, including studios, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a three-bedroom beachfront private villa. Guests can enjoy all-day dining at ALUCO Restaurant & Bar, unwind at the Pool Bar, and relax with tailored facials and soothing massages at Vie Spa. The resort also features two meeting rooms for up to 200 guests and three separate wedding venues, welcoming both holidaymakers and business travellers. Role Purpose

As a Hotel All Rounder, you will support the resort’s daily operations across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office. The position calls for a strong service mindset, genuine guest care, and the flexibility to contribute effectively in different departments as needed.

Key Duties

• Clean guest rooms and shared areas to help create a strong and welcoming first impression.
• Handle cleaning products and chemicals responsibly and follow all safety procedures.
• Recommend food and beverage items in the outlets or during events in a warm and personalised way.
• Take the initiative to build product knowledge and stay informed about what the resort offers.
• Act as a helpful local guide by sharing details on nearby attractions and popular places to visit.
• Support guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure, to deliver a smooth and memorable experience.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure coordinated and efficient service.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates should bring hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt across multiple service areas. A valid RSA or an equivalent licence for the relevant country, state, or territory is required. The role suits someone who works well in a team, remains dependable under pressure, and can solve problems with a constructive approach.

Working Conditions

This is a rotating roster position and may include nights, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
