Role Overview

The Hostess at The Guild plays a key role in shaping the guest journey from the moment people arrive. This position is responsible for creating a warm first impression and helping ensure that every dining experience begins smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly, and polished manner.
• Organize reservations, bookings, and table allocations.
• Respond to guest questions and handle special requests with efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication during shift changes to support smooth service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has prior experience working as a hostess in fine dining or a comparable hospitality setting. A solid grasp of guest service expectations, along with strong communication and organizational ability, is important.

We are also looking for someone who presents professionally, brings a positive attitude, and keeps the guest experience at the center of every task.
