Project Overview
Join an expanding network of experts contributing to the advancement of AI technologies. In the role of AI Trainer, you will be directly involved in assessing and providing feedback on data to enhance the performance of large language models, ensuring the AI systems developed are both accurate and reliable. This position is for a skilled Hospitality Security & Travel Risk AI Trainer to contribute as a project consultant within an AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a permanent full-time job but a contract-based expert consultancy.

Project Summary
Your contribution will aid in the creation of AI safety mechanisms by crafting and evaluating realistic scenarios related to hotel security, travel risk oversight, anti-trafficking efforts, venue security measures, guest protection, and response to incidents.
This role allows consultants to set their own schedules, supply their own equipment, and take on services with other clients or vendors, depending on those entities' policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop authentic, industry-tailored scenarios and examples
- Assess AI-generated text and outputs critically
- Detect subtle safety concerns, risk factors, and complex policy situations
- Follow project annotation instructions and use structured metadata
- Record classification choices and the reasoning behind them
- Evaluate work products to confirm high quality, consistency, and realism
- Provide expert insights to enhance the development of safety classifiers
Expected Deliverables
- Top-quality, domain-focused safety examples
- Detailed annotations and metadata structures
- Precise categorization of safety-relevant content
- Comprehensive documentation explaining decisions on difficult or borderline scenarios
- Strict compliance with project guidelines and quality benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- Between 7 and 10+ years of professional experience in hospitality security, travel risk management, anti-trafficking initiatives, guest safety, or venue security operations
- Roles such as Hotel Security Director, Travel Risk Manager, Anti-Trafficking Program Lead, Casino Security Director, or Guest Safety Investigator are representative of relevant background
- Must be based and authorized to work in the United States
Additional Information
This is a contractual consultancy position compensated per project; the hourly pay range of $140 to $160 is an estimate based on the expected timeframe for task completion.
Consultants manage their own work hours and tools, and engagement with other employers is permitted in accordance with those parties’ policies.
