Role Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Real Estate Consultant to help identify, assess, and pursue suitable properties in multiple locations. The role includes sourcing potential hospitality assets, arranging and attending site visits, engaging with property owners and brokers, reviewing location and property fit, and assisting with initial feasibility and negotiation conversations.

This opportunity is best suited to someone with a strong understanding of hospitality real estate who can proactively source properties appropriate for hostels, comfort stays, and boutique hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist properties that fit the requirements of target markets.
• Build and maintain contact with owners, brokers, and relevant local connections.
• Research market conditions and evaluate each location.
• Organize and participate in property inspections.
• Assess each property for access, size, physical condition, expected rent, and overall suitability for hospitality use.
• Compile basic property summaries and feasibility inputs.
• Assist with negotiation discussions and commercial deal conversations.
• Provide on-ground insights on demand, competition, regulations, and broader market movement.

Requirements

• Background in hospitality real estate, property sourcing, hotel leasing, or commercial real estate.
• A strong network of brokers, owners, and property consultants in the local market.
• Clear understanding of neighborhoods, rental pricing, and hospitality development potential.
• Effective communication and negotiation ability.
• Capability to evaluate properties practically and present concise recommendations.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and field-based work.
• Exposure to hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, boutique stays, or commercial leasing is an added advantage.

Compensation
