Key Duties

• Welcome guests at reception, issue tickets and food vouchers, and handle check-in efficiently.
• Greet visitors in a friendly, polished, and engaging way within hospitality lounges and other designated areas.
• Respond to guest questions and direct them to the right person or location as needed.
