Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a remote hospitality front desk professional who can contribute practical hotel, motel, and resort desk knowledge to AI model training. The work is centered on generating realistic examples and scenarios that reflect day-to-day front office operations.

The pay range is $20 to $50 per hour, and the expected workload is 10 to 40 hours each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply hands-on experience with point-of-sale tools, reservation software, and property management systems to create accurate training data.
  • Model guest arrival and departure workflows in a way that mirrors standard hospitality procedures and quality expectations.
  • Demonstrate sound payment handling methods and show how common front desk issues are typically resolved.
  • Present strong guest service practices that support the development of customer-focused AI responses.
  • Work with remote team members to reflect coordination between front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Share guidance, observations, and training insights that help improve understanding of real-world desk operations.

Required Background

  • Prior experience working as a desk clerk, front desk agent, guest service agent, or in a comparable role at a hotel, motel, or resort is needed.
  • Comfort using POS systems, booking platforms, and property management software is essential.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional hospitality tone, are required.
  • Strong capability in check-in/check-out procedures, payment handling, and conflict management is expected.
  • The ability to train, guide, and coach others on front office workflows is important.
