The BMW PGA Championship will take place at the Wentworth Club in Virginia Water, Surrey, from September 15th to 20th, 2026. Full availability during this period is mandatory. Shifts typically last between 8 to 10 hours.

Role Overview

Join the Hospitality Bar Team to deliver premium beverage service during Europe's premier sporting tournament, the flagship event of the DP World Tour. The event attracts thousands of guests including corporate clients and VIPs, necessitating highly professional presentation and exceptional service within exclusive bars, lounges, and hospitality areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve champagne, wines, spirits, cocktails, and other high-end beverages professionally.
• Provide confident, attentive, and polished service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and an immaculate presentation of the bar area throughout the event.
• Anticipate guest requirements and deliver proactive personalized service.
• Ensure all glassware and service zones remain spotless and fully replenished.
• Collaborate effectively with broader hospitality and event teams.
• Uphold exceptional personal grooming and presentation standards at all times.

Candidate Profile and Expectations

The role demands individuals who thrive in bustling, premium hospitality settings, demonstrating a calm, organised demeanor, outstanding attention to detail, and a warm, engaging communication style. Previous experience in hospitality bars, restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, or similar environments is essential, with a preference for those familiar with luxury or sporting events.

Additional Information

Compensation is £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay. Selection involves a short video interview prior to booking. High-performing staff may gain opportunities for future premium events with the employer.
