Role overview

This opportunity is for a Hospitality Assistant at BaxterStorey’s London Bridge site in London, England. The role is focused on delivering warm, attentive service and helping create memorable guest experiences in premium client environments.

What you'll do

  • Provide friendly, polished service and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.
  • Support private dining service, including smaller dinner events and canapé receptions.
  • Work evening shifts when required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional presentation.
  • Listen carefully, communicate clearly, and respond well to guest needs.
  • Put the customer at the centre of every interaction.
  • Reflect and support the company’s culture, philosophy, and core values in day-to-day work.

What we're looking for

  • Someone with a friendly, outgoing, and approachable manner.
  • Previous experience in a comparable role, ideally within food service or hospitality.
  • A team-oriented person who enjoys working in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach when handling challenges.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Motivation to learn and grow, even if not every requirement is met.
