  • Utilize clinical, regulatory, and operational healthcare knowledge to evaluate data readiness for analytics and AI applications.
  • Work asynchronously with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, technical, and compliance experts.

  • Excellent written communication capabilities to effectively document observations and recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable operating independently within a remote and asynchronous work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data labeling, quality assessment, or AI data training processes.
  • Background in health informatics, clinical documentation enhancement, or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Acquaintance with data stewardship, master data management, or interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR.
  • History of collaborating with diverse healthcare teams, including clinical, compliance, and IT domains.

Why Work With Us

  • Engage at the crossroads of healthcare knowledge and innovation in AI technology.
  • Enjoy complete remote work flexibility and autonomy to manage your schedule.
  • Undertake impactful freelance assignments with meaningful contributions.
  • Gain experience with extensive health data systems and cutting-edge AI model training.
