Role Overview

This position is for a Hospital Billing AR Caller focused on US healthcare revenue-cycle follow-up. The role is based in Hyderabad and is suitable for candidates with at least one year of relevant experience in hospital billing accounts receivable calling.

Compensation and Employment Details

The pay package is stated as up to 48,000 take-home per month, plus a fixed allowance of 8,000 per month, bringing the total CTC to as much as 56,000 monthly. The notice period can range from immediate joining to two months. A two-way cab facility is included.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact US insurance payers to follow up on claims that are unpaid, underpaid, or denied.
• Review claim status carefully and determine the cause of payment delays, rejections, or denials.
• Take the necessary steps to correct claim issues and support stronger collections.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in Hospital Billing AR Calling within the US healthcare space.
• Solid understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle workflows and medical billing practices.
• Ability to manage complex or high-value hospital claims is preferred.
• Familiarity with payer portals and medical billing tools is an added advantage.
