Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the school's curriculum standards ensuring academic rigor.
• Establish a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Promote students' academic success as well as their social and emotional well-being.
• Track and evaluate student performance, offering constructive and timely feedback.
• Build strong connections with students, families, and fellow staff members.
• Maintain consistent and effective classroom management techniques.
• Engage actively in school functions, professional development, and team meetings.
• Uphold and support the school’s mission, vision, and commitment to student achievement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a closely related field.
• Postgraduate teaching certification such as PGCE or equivalent.
• At least two years of formal teaching experience following certification.
• Experience teaching the American Curriculum is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in classroom management and interpersonal communication.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and enthusiasm for student progress.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural teaching environment.
