About the Role

Solvo Global is seeking a dedicated Homecare Scheduler to join our team in Nairobi County, Kenya. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience in homecare scheduling and administrative support. The primary focus of this role is to ensure seamless service delivery, effective matching of caregivers with clients, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating shifts, and communicating with both caregivers and clients, all while utilizing the WellSky system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and modify caregiver schedules to align with client care requirements.
  • Facilitate shift coordination, fill vacant client cases, and promptly address unexpected staffing changes.
  • Ensure optimal caregiver-client pairings by considering skills, availability, and individual preferences.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with caregivers and clients regarding scheduling details and any necessary updates.
  • Oversee caregiver attendance and guarantee consistent coverage for all assigned client cases.
  • Keep meticulous records of all scheduling activities within the WellSky platform.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance, including managing phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Uphold accurate client and caregiver information within the system.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and clients by managing necessary documentation.
  • Generate operational reports, process timesheets, and prepare other required documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Assist with various other administrative and operational duties as needed.
  • Leverage the WellSky system for all scheduling, client data management, and reporting functions.
  • Input and regularly update caregiver availability, client care plans, and associated schedules in WellSky.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in homecare scheduling and administrative functions is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using the WellSky system is a strict requirement.
  • Exceptional English communication abilities, equivalent to a C1 level, are essential.
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships with both caregivers and clients.

Additional Information

The work schedule for this position is Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, with Mondays and Tuesdays designated as days off.
