About the Role

This position involves managing the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel to drive home loan sales. The executive will focus on recruiting, training, and supervising DSA partners, ensuring effective lead generation, and processing home loan applications smoothly while achieving set sales targets. Collaboration with both internal teams and external agents plays a crucial role in expanding business reach and meeting company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales goals by efficiently managing the DSA network.
  • Support DSA agents to help them achieve their individual targets by providing necessary tools and resources.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new DSA partners, ensuring they understand product details, procedures, and compliance.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with DSAs, addressing their concerns and facilitating seamless loan processing.
  • Work alongside DSAs to generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Oversee performance of DSA agents, providing feedback and action plans to improve sales outcomes.
  • Analyze regional DSA performance to refine strategies that increase market share and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all loan applications submitted by DSAs comply with company policy and regulatory standards, managing risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit and Operations to streamline loan application processes.
  • Report regularly to senior management regarding DSA performance, market trends, and sales achievements with precise documentation of activity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within home loans or financial services, including team leadership and direct experience working with DSA agents.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets specifically for financial products such as home loans.
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating DSA or channel partners effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of home loan products, associated processes, necessary documentation, and regulatory frameworks.
