Opportunity Overview
As a Home Lending Specialist at Police Bank, you will assist members in achieving home ownership, one of life’s significant milestones. This role requires working five days a week onsite at the Surry Hills branch, delivering bespoke lending solutions and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide members through all phases of their home loan journey, offering expert advice tailored to individual circumstances.
- Manage the entire home loan application process from inquiry to settlement, ensuring a positive and smooth member experience.
- Develop strong relationships with both new and existing members and proactively identify lending opportunities through meaningful discussions and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with responsible lending regulations and internal policies while maintaining high service standards aligned with Police Bank’s member-first commitment.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in home lending, mortgage broking, or retail bank lending.
- Comprehensive knowledge of home loan products and responsible lending standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and success in meeting lending targets.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly desirable.
