• Produce clear, professional inspection reports summarizing the home's condition and any areas needing attention.
• Communicate inspection results effectively to clients, translating technical details into understandable language.
• Offer guidance and advice on addressing identified problems.
• Adhere strictly to industry standards and local building codes to ensure comprehensive and compliant inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• A valid driver's license along with reliable transportation.
• Licensed home inspector in Ohio, with comprehensive knowledge of residential building systems and construction methods.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations relevant to Ohio.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
