Job description
Position Overview
PinkTree Health seeks a male home healthcare executive to perform lung health screenings through spirometry testing at patients' residences across Mumbai. This role includes patient interactions, administering lung function tests with a portable spirometer after training, and ensuring a respectful and hygienic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to patients' homes within Mumbai to conduct lung function assessments.
- Administer spirometry tests using a portable device following company training.
- Provide clear guidance to patients during testing and respond to basic inquiries.
- Accurately document and submit patient test results.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strict hygiene standards during each visit.
Candidate Profile
- Preference for male applicants due to the nature of field travel involved.
- Prior experience in areas such as patient engagement, healthcare services, diagnostic centers, hospitals, nursing assistance, or related medical fields is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in Hindi are necessary; proficiency in English and Marathi is a plus.
- Comfortable and willing to travel extensively across Mumbai city for patient visits.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Immediate availability required to join on short notice.
Compensation and Duration
- Monthly remuneration of ₹5,000 with full travel expense reimbursement upon bill submission.
- Candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered for up to ₹7,000 per month.
- The role is a short-term contractual assignment lasting 1-2 months.
