Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant - 1st Shift (7am-7pm)

About the Role

AdvisaCare is seeking committed and dependable Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide Private Duty In-Home Care services in Elkhart, Indiana. This role offers the unique opportunity to deliver personalized, one-on-one care, working closely with a single client during shifts without the pressure of managing multiple patients simultaneously.

You will engage in hands-on care, create meaningful connections, and focus on individualized attention that respects each client's preferences, abilities, and specific needs.

Work Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, primarily the 1st shift from 7 AM to 7 PM
• Availability to work every other weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• CPR certification
• Capability to travel within the designated service area
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening and background check
