Role overview
Iceland Foods is looking for a Home Delivery Driver to join the team in Harlow. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working independently, and speaking directly with customers while representing the brand.
The position pays £13.71 per hour. It comes with a 15% discount, an optional health care plan, access to Grocery Aid, Christmas vouchers, and a minimum of 28 days of holiday.

What you will do
- Load the van safely and follow correct handling practices, including manual lifting where needed.
- Drive carefully and follow all road safety rules at all times.
- Carry out checks on the van before and during use.
- Make sure groceries reach customers in excellent condition.
- Deliver friendly, helpful customer service as the face of the business.
- Support colleagues in store whenever extra help is needed.
- Work on your own and manage time effectively to stay on schedule.
- Be flexible with working hours, as shifts may run between 6am and 11pm.
What the employer is looking for
- A full driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
