Role overview

Iceland Foods is looking for a Home Delivery Driver to join the team in Harlow. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working independently, and speaking directly with customers while representing the brand.

The position pays £13.71 per hour. It comes with a 15% discount, an optional health care plan, access to Grocery Aid, Christmas vouchers, and a minimum of 28 days of holiday.

What you will do

• Load the van safely and follow correct handling practices, including manual lifting where needed.
• Drive carefully and follow all road safety rules at all times.
• Carry out checks on the van before and during use.
• Make sure groceries reach customers in excellent condition.
• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service as the face of the business.
• Support colleagues in store whenever extra help is needed.
• Work on your own and manage time effectively to stay on schedule.
• Be flexible with working hours, as shifts may run between 6am and 11pm.

• A full driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
