About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in Indian Queens, England. This role involves delivering groceries to customers, representing Iceland as the public face, and ensuring excellent service throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, adhering to manual handling and heavy lifting procedures.
• Follow all safe driving practices on the road.
• Conduct regular van inspections before starting routes.
• Maintain quality by ensuring food items arrive in optimal condition to customers.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties as necessary.
• Work independently and efficiently manage your schedule.
• Be flexible with work shifts, which may fall between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full valid driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Be positive, courteous, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of road safety principles.
