Home Delivery Driver (Inside M25)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team, recognized as one of the best big companies to work for. This position offers an hourly wage of £15.09. You will be responsible for delivering groceries, ensuring the safe handling of products, and representing our brand with excellent customer service. The role requires a commitment to safety, professionalism, and flexibility with shift timings that can range from 6am to 11pm.

Key Duties

• Adhere strictly to safe loading procedures, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Operate delivery vans following all safe driving standards.
• Perform vehicle checks to ensure readiness and safety.
• Deliver groceries in optimum condition to customers.
• Serve as the face of the company by providing high-quality customer interactions.
• Assist with in-store tasks as needed.
• Maintain independent work discipline and manage time efficiently.
• Be flexible with work shifts across the day and evening hours.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Timely and reliable work habits, able to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to road safety.
