About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to become a vital part of our team, offering excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery of shopping to customers. This position involves travelling on the road, handling manual tasks such as loading heavy items, and representing the company positively in every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safe loading procedures, including handling heavy lifting and manual tasks.
- Drive safely and comply with all road safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough van inspections prior to starting the route.
- Ensure food and products are delivered in excellent condition.
- Provide top-tier customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist in-store duties when necessary.
- Operate independently while managing time effectively.
- Be flexible to work various shifts ranging between 6am and 11pm.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
- A positive, friendly attitude combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong awareness and adherence to road safety practices.
