Overview

Iceland Foods is seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers to join their Kirkcaldy team, contributing to a company recognized as one of the Best Big Companies to Work For. The role involves active, independent work with direct community engagement as the visible representative of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to proper van loading guidelines, including handling heavy lifting and manual handling safely.
• Uphold all safe driving protocols and complete vehicle inspections as part of daily duties.
• Ensure grocery deliveries arrive in excellent condition to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist in store activities as needed.
• Work autonomously while efficiently managing your schedule and adapting to shift patterns ranging between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving licence held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly personality focused on providing excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Demonstrate strong road safety knowledge and awareness.

Compensation & Benefits
