About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dependable Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Torquay. This position involves delivering groceries while ensuring a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, applying correct manual handling techniques.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving guidelines at all times.
• Perform vehicle checks before starting routes to ensure safety and reliability.
• Deliver groceries ensuring they reach customers in optimal condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Assist in-store duties when needed.
• Work independently, managing time and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Be flexible with shift times, which may range between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive, friendly demeanour with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good road safety awareness and driving discipline.
