Role overview

Reliance Home Comfort is looking for a Home Comfort Advisor to join its North Bay team. In this role, you will support the company’s growth by helping customers understand and choose the right home comfort products and services while delivering a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a collaborative member of a customer-focused team.
• Recommend and sell products and services to both new and existing customers.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain and update information in the CRM system.

Candidate profile

• You should bring a growth-oriented attitude and be dependable, ambitious, and eager to advance with Reliance.
• At least 2 years of experience is preferred, along with a proven record in business-to-consumer residential sales.
• You need to be self-driven, target-focused, highly organized, and strong in time management.
• You must be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience through clear, thorough, and informative presentations.
• Ongoing skill improvement through weekly coaching and practice sessions is expected.
• You should present yourself professionally and communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
• The schedule must be flexible and regularly include evenings and weekends, based on customer availability.
• Reliable transportation is required.
