About the Role
Kind Senior Care is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to play a key role in recruiting, retaining, and training exceptional Caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume hourly recruitment utilizing digital resources and possess a clear understanding of the interviewing process along with facilitating training and onboarding programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment initiatives including interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize both digital and face-to-face recruitment channels such as social media platforms and educational institutes.
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs for team members.
- Manage onboarding via a fully digital Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and implement HR strategies that improve caregiver recruitment, retention, and morale.
- Provide various administrative support for back-office operations.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced recruiter passionate about assembling a top-tier care team.
- Minimum of two years' direct HR experience, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruiting.
- Holds an Associate degree at minimum; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake caregiving duties when necessary.
- Team-oriented mindset comfortable handling multiple roles.
- Possesses a valid driver's license with access to a reliable and insured vehicle.

Compensation
