Role Overview

This full-time position based in Doha, Qatar, requires a dedicated Home Care Provider specializing in newborn care. The provider will deliver attentive and compassionate support within a home environment, ensuring the infant’s needs are met comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and bathing of the newborn.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the baby’s surroundings.
• Monitor the newborn’s comfort and overall well-being continuously.
• Adhere strictly to care routines and instructions provided by parents or guardians.
• Report promptly any concerns or health-related observations regarding the newborn.
• Cooperate closely with family members, offering reassurance as well as guidance on daily care routines.
• Respect familial cultural practices and household rules.
• Ensure confidentiality, punctuality, and a consistently high standard of care.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven caregiving ability in home settings, particularly in newborn care environments.
• Practical skills in personal care including hygiene maintenance, feeding support, and comforting techniques for infants.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Awareness of elder care principles, demonstrating adaptability and patience when supporting other family members.
• Experience in pediatric or newborn care is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices relevant to home care contexts.
• Capacity to follow detailed instructions, operate independently, and handle time management efficiently.
• Additional certifications such as caregiving, nursing assistance, or childcare credentials are beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
