Home Care Assistant

Role overview

Arch Health is hiring home care assistants to support clients in their own homes across Ireland. This is a field-based position, so you will travel to people living close to your area each day and deliver care where it is needed. What you will do

Core duties

• Assist with personal care tasks

Requirements

• A full, clean Irish driving licence is essential
• Own car is required
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing is required
• Must already have unrestricted permission to work in Ireland
• No visa sponsorship is available for this position
• Will need to complete National Garda Vetting
• Must provide 2 to 3 verifiable professional references
• If you have lived outside Ireland, you must be able to obtain and submit an International Police Clearance
• A strong sense of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude are important
• Experience in care is helpful, but not mandatory
• Transferable skills are welcome
