Home Care Assistant – Morning Shifts (North Kerry)

Role Overview

WHC HomeCare Services is looking for morning home care assistants to work across Listowel and the surrounding parts of North Kerry. This position offers local morning shifts and the chance to support people so they can remain safe, independent, and respected in their own homes.

The pay range for this role is €14.15 to €17.00 per hour.

What the Job Involves

• Providing practical support to people in their homes during morning shifts.
• Helping clients live comfortably, safely, and independently in familiar surroundings.
• Assisting with personal care and everyday living tasks where needed.
• Working in a way that suits a morning schedule and local community-based service.

Training and Experience

Previous experience and QQI qualifications are preferred, but they are not essential. Full paid training is provided, and a free QQI qualification is available. Manual handling training is also included at no cost.
