Avante Care & Support is a long-established not-for-profit provider offering home care and residential care services to more than 1,000 older people. The organisation is focused on improving quality of life for older adults by reducing loneliness, helplessness, and boredom, while helping people live more independently and with dignity.

What the Role Involves

This Home Care Assistant position is based in Faversham and works evening hours from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The role supports service users in their own homes and may include companionship, helping people maintain independence, assisting with medication, carrying out household tasks, and providing personal care. Full training is provided, so previous care experience is not essential.

Key Benefits

The role comes with a competitive hourly rate or a starting annual salary of £26,450 for full-time work.
