What you will do
As a Home Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and help them with day-to-day activities that improve comfort, safety, and independence.
- Assist with light household tasks such as tidying, laundry, organizing, and basic cleaning
- Help with personal care activities, including dressing, grooming, and meal support
- Run errands, shop for groceries, and accompany clients to appointments when needed

Sign-on bonus details
The $1,000 sign-on bonus applies to eligible applicants effective 1/1/2025. It is paid in two installments: $500 after 500 hours worked from the start date and another $500 after 1,000 hours worked. To qualify, the caregiver must be active when each bonus is paid and maintain at least an 85% electronic visit verification rate. Bonus payments are issued within 30 days of meeting eligibility. New hires and former caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the past year are eligible. Employees transferring from another company in the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not eligible.
