Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Helpdesk Technician to provide frontline technical support to both onsite and remote users, assisting with hardware and software issues and facilitating smooth technology operations that underpin our team's development of cutting-edge nuclear technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive internal and external knowledge base resources to aid in resolving support tickets.
- Manage Active Directory accounts and control access to collaboration platforms.
- Handle lifecycle management of PCs including receiving and tracking inventory.
- Process software requests and support business travel technology needs.
- Assist with remote access solutions and support users located primarily in Bellevue and Everett.
- Support onboarding processes and collaborate within a tiered support team.

- Understanding networking concepts including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and wireless.
- Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication and information security principles.
- Experience using ticketing systems like JIRA.
- Basic understanding of desktop and laptop hardware components.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely.
- Repetitive tasks involving prolonged computer use.

- Standard office setting with some stair use; typical >8 hour workdays.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $62,489 to $96,733 annually, with offers typically in the lower-to-mid band reflecting qualifications, market data, and equity considerations.
