Role Overview

Regalo Health is hiring a Help Desk Technician I to support its expanding IT function. The role focuses on assisting both in-office and remote staff, handling onboarding and offboarding tasks, tracking technology assets, and keeping the organization’s daily-use systems and devices running smoothly.

This opportunity is well-suited to someone aiming to advance an IT career while building practical exposure to Microsoft 365, Intune, cybersecurity utilities, endpoint administration, and enterprise technology setups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line support for hardware, software, printers, and business applications.
  • Work through helpdesk requests promptly and see them through resolution.
  • Assist employees working from the office as well as those working remotely.
  • Set up, distribute, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Support the onboarding and exit process for employees.
  • Create user accounts and manage access rights and permissions.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, and Windows-based environments.
  • Help enroll and administer devices through Microsoft Intune.
  • Support remediation and other security tasks in Microsoft Defender.
  • Keep hardware inventory and asset records accurate and up to date.
  • Handle shipping, receipt, rollout, and return of company equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Contribute to IT projects and broader technology initiatives.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the CTO, Director of Infrastructure & Integrations, or IT Manager.

Requirements

  • Ideally, 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and non-technical end users.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Defender.
  • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Preferred: CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Preferred: experience supporting remote employees.
  • Preferred: background in healthcare, pharmacy, HIPAA-regulated, or other highly regulated environments.
