Job description

Role overview

We are looking for a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser to deliver high-quality hearing care in patients’ homes. In this position, you will support people across the Derbyshire and Lincolnshire area, carrying out hearing assessments, recommending suitable hearing aid solutions, and helping each customer receive attentive, professional service in a home setting.

This opportunity sits within a growing home-visits service in Chesterfield. The team is small, friendly, and expanding, with a strong focus on patient care, professional standards, and personalised support.

Key duties

  • Provide domiciliary hearing care to customers in their own homes.
  • Complete hearing tests and guide patients toward appropriate hearing aid options.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience that combines clinical quality with strong service.
  • Offer wax removal support where qualified to do so.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to deliver care across the local community.

Requirements

  • Must be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser and registered with HCPC.
  • Previous experience in audiology and patient care is expected.
  • Microsuction or wax removal qualification is beneficial.
  • Strong teamwork skills are important in this role.
  • Ability to combine excellent customer service with professional clinical standards.
  • Must be able to drive.
