Role overview
Hidden Hearing is hiring a Hearing Aid Audiologist for its Oxford hearing centre. This is a permanent full-time position and the standard working pattern is 37.5 hours per week. Some flexibility in working hours will be needed to suit business requirements. The role comes with support from a dedicated diary coordinator as well as a management team that actively backs the clinic.

- Base pay of £40,000, plus uncapped monthly commission with potential to earn quarterly and annual bonuses

What you will do
- Conduct full hearing assessments and recommend or sell the most suitable hearing solutions within the required timelines, while following HCPC performance, conduct and ethics standards and the BSHAA code of practice
- Record audiograms and customer details accurately in the company CMS and ensure daily synchronisation
- Follow the organisation’s standard consultation process and wider working methods
- Deliver strong after-sales care by handling service calls and resolving questions or issues promptly and professionally
- Keep professional knowledge and clinical skills current to meet HCPC continuing professional development expectations
Required profile
The company is seeking a qualified hearing aid audiologist who is HCPC registered and confident in providing high-quality customer care with a commercial mindset. Applicants should also be willing to join, or already belong to, the BSHAA. Solid IT ability is needed to work with company systems and audiometry equipment, along with good planning and time-management skills to keep workloads organised.
