About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Health Care Support Worker to join the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) team, serving the Bellyeoman and Kelty Medical practices. This role is based in Kelty, Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential healthcare support within a General Practice setting.
- Assist patients with their care needs.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures.
- Manage patient appointments and records effectively.
- Travel across the Fife-wide division as required by the service.
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine interest in working within a General Practice environment.
- Essential phlebotomy skills.
- Ability to travel across the Fife-wide division.
- Must be willing to undergo a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check.
- Must possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a community or primary care setting is advantageous.
- An appropriate SVQ qualification is desirable.
Working Hours and Conditions
The post holder will work Tuesdays to Fridays, between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM. These days are non-negotiable.
