Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-location position in Doha, Qatar. The Healthcare Support Staff member will actively contribute within Al-Khanji's care environments, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide safe and patient-focused services. Key duties include coordinating with nurses and therapists, ensuring precise record-keeping and documentation, assisting in care plan implementation and scheduling, and maintaining clear communication with clients, their families, and partner organizations. Qualifications and Requirements

  • Professional experience relevant to healthcare, nursing services, or clinical/home-care support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Competence in managing documentation, following procedural protocols, and ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and quality standards.
