  • Set payment expectations, explain estimated charges where applicable, and help support a no-surprises experience at the point of service.
  • Receive, sort, label, store, and manage scanned documents and physician orders in imaging systems.
  • Confirm that required documents and compliant orders are in place before appointments.
  • Collect pre-payments and verify coverage when required.
  • Support inbound and outbound communications for facilities across the states where Banner Health operates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical working knowledge.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or related experience in a healthcare environment.

  • Solid organization, time management, typing, and keyboarding skills.
  • Capability to work with standard office software and meet productivity and deadline expectations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional, helpful, and solution-focused approach.

Preferred background
