Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals, including specialist doctors and nurses.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare candidates and provider organizations.
• Perform candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.
• Support business development efforts within the GCC healthcare industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines and candidate experiences from first contact to placement.
• Meet and surpass individual recruitment and sales goals.
• Represent Almediqa at meetings, conferences, and networking events professionally.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, sales, or business development.
• Background in healthcare recruitment, medical staffing, life sciences, or healthcare services preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment or sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience interacting with physicians, healthcare executives, or medical personnel is a plus.
• Driven, resilient, and well-organized self-starter.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Swedish, French, or other European languages are advantageous.
• Currently residing in Dubai or open to relocation.
