Jackson Physician Search is actively looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join their Chesterfield team near Greater St. Louis. This role involves consultative collaboration with clients to source and secure top-tier physicians and advanced practice providers utilizing innovative recruiting tools and resources. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting healthcare providers to identify potential physician and provider candidates.
• Performing detailed phone interviews with candidates, ensuring thorough evaluation and timely follow-ups.
• Maintaining and updating client and candidate databases to track recruitment activities.
• Designing compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Managing provider credentials and availability to ensure readiness for placement.
• Meeting or exceeding recruitment productivity targets and metrics.
• Occasional travel (about 10-15% annually) for onsite client profiling and meetings.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience required; applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in healthcare or physician recruitment is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing background with demonstrated strategic communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional demeanor and confidence when interacting with physicians and hospital executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and various job boards.
• Consistent work history supported by verifiable references.
