About the Role

At Scottish Rite for Children, our patients' wellbeing is paramount as we strive to restore childhood for every child we serve. We are currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to support our Dallas hospital location, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment, selection, and placement of both permanent and temporary personnel.
• Oversee requisition budgets and ensure approval consistency with posting controls.
• Analyze workforce market trends to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Participate in recruitment events and maintain effective communication with candidates, department heads, supervisors, staff, and external organizations.
• Create and manage recruitment advertisements, monitor associated costs, and document outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external job postings efficiently.
• Review and track incoming resumes and applications thoroughly.
• Screen candidates against job specifications, conduct initial interviews, and arrange follow-up interviews with department directors.
• Ensure all recruitment procedures comply with relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Handle job offer coordination and manage agency-supplied temporary staffing utilization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current federal employment regulations.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and recruitment requisitions concurrently.

Working Conditions

• Primarily an indoor role involving sitting and walking.
• Physical demands are light with repetitive motions involved.
• Candidates must be able to lift or carry weights up to 10 pounds.
• Sensory requirements include the ability to feel, hear, see, and speak effectively.
• The working environment is controlled and indoors.
