Role Overview

This full-time Healthcare Recruiter role is based in Rajahmundry and supports a hybrid work model allowing partial work-from-home flexibility. The recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for healthcare vacancies, including sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing interactions with clients and internal teams. Key activities involve maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring effective communication with candidates and client facilities, delivering a positive hiring experience, and keeping recruitment data and reports current.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare positions, from sourcing to onboarding support.
• Create and sustain a pool of qualified healthcare candidates.
• Liaise regularly with healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Coordinate interviews, screening processes, and facilitate offer management.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems, and generate reports.
• Support onboarding to enable smooth integration of new hires.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment, with the ability to match professionals to suitable roles.
• Strong expertise in hiring practices including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a hybrid environment based in Rajahmundry, managing tasks and priorities independently.
• Good organizational aptitude and attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and common office applications.
• Prior healthcare recruitment or staffing experience is preferred; a background in HR or related fields is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; relevant recruitment or HR certifications are a plus.
