Role overview
EXL is looking for a temporary recruiter to support an increased hiring demand over an estimated period of more than six months. This position will focus on hiring executive-level talent for consulting and BPO sales/account management roles within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate consulting and BPO professionals with proven experience selling into healthcare accounts and managing those accounts.
- Use recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Oracle Fusion ATS, and Indeed to find and screen suitable candidates.
Experience and qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience sourcing and screening consulting or BPO executives who have worked with healthcare clients is required.
