What you will do

In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts across clinical and management positions within a region. You will handle the full hiring cycle, from identifying candidates and screening them to arranging interviews and managing offer discussions, while keeping the process smooth for candidates and hiring teams.

  • Attract both actively job-seeking and passive candidates through targeted recruitment methods.
  • Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, advertising, diversity outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and internal movement programs.
  • Continuously grow the candidate pool for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, including career fairs, professional conferences, and college visits.
  • Carry out pre-screening, submit shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, arrange interviews and travel, and support everyone involved in the selection process.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience by answering questions promptly and professionally and helping with any candidate-related needs.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders through regular check-ins, recruiting strategy discussions, and weekly progress updates.
  • Make sure all recruitment activities follow company policy and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Strengthen relationships with industry contacts to build knowledge, referrals, and leads.
  • Find and implement ways to improve the corporate recruitment process.
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and contribute to broader hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of high-volume healthcare recruiting experience, managing about 40 to 60 hires per month, is required.
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience across different job functions is required.
  • Prior experience delivering excellent customer service and partnering effectively with business leaders is required.
  • You should be comfortable using Microsoft tools and other software, including internet-based and technology-enabled recruiting platforms.
  • You must be able to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Dialysis recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience with Phenom is strongly preferred.
