Role overview
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to support a talent acquisition team in a fully remote setup. This contract runs for 13 weeks and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, with 40 hours guaranteed each week. The compensation is $22 to $24 per hour on W2.
What you will do
In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts across clinical and management positions within a region. You will handle the full hiring cycle, from identifying candidates and screening them to arranging interviews and managing offer discussions, while keeping the process smooth for candidates and hiring teams.
- Create and execute sourcing approaches with cross-functional teams.
- Attract both actively job-seeking and passive candidates through targeted recruitment methods.
- Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, advertising, diversity outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and internal movement programs.
- Continuously grow the candidate pool for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Represent the organization at networking events, including career fairs, professional conferences, and college visits.
- Carry out pre-screening, submit shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, arrange interviews and travel, and support everyone involved in the selection process.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience by answering questions promptly and professionally and helping with any candidate-related needs.
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders through regular check-ins, recruiting strategy discussions, and weekly progress updates.
- Make sure all recruitment activities follow company policy and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Strengthen relationships with industry contacts to build knowledge, referrals, and leads.
- Find and implement ways to improve the corporate recruitment process.
- Work with a strong sense of urgency and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and contribute to broader hiring decisions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- At least 2 years of high-volume healthcare recruiting experience, managing about 40 to 60 hires per month, is required.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience across different job functions is required.
- Prior experience delivering excellent customer service and partnering effectively with business leaders is required.
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft tools and other software, including internet-based and technology-enabled recruiting platforms.
- You must be able to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Dialysis recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with Phenom is strongly preferred.

This is a 100% remote role. The assignment duration is 13 weeks. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, with 40 hours guaranteed. Compensation is $22 to $24 per hour on W2.
