Healthcare Recruiter

Overview

This role is for a Healthcare Recruiter to support a fast-moving healthcare recruiting team. The position is fully remote and offered on a commission-only basis. A flexible schedule is part of the arrangement, and candidates based on the East Coast are preferred.

What you’ll do

• Identify, screen, and coordinate candidates for healthcare roles across a range of specialties and care environments.
• Keep candidates and client contacts informed and engaged at every stage of the hiring process.
• Use an applicant tracking system and other sourcing tools to monitor pipelines, handle candidate activity, and keep records well organized.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing requirements and quickly present strong candidates.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience in healthcare recruiting is mandatory.
• Background in recruiting for clinical or other healthcare-related positions.
• Prior use of an ATS is an advantage.
• Strong ability to source candidates and build effective relationships with talent.
• Self-driven, well organized, and able to work independently.
