Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit skilled healthcare professionals across numerous specialties and geographic locations.
• Conduct screening interviews via phone to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or client organizations.
• Manage candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.
• Use diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, referrals, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Accurately document candidate information within the ATS.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve recruitment targets and address client staffing demands.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience with prompt communications and follow-ups.
• Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with both candidates and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in recruiting, with a background in handling high-volume hiring pipelines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
• Strong capability in organizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Ability to work independently within a virtual work environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare recruiting or working within healthcare organizations.
• Understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing processes, and recruitment best practices.
• Track record of recruiting successfully in fast-moving, high-volume healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple open roles while maintaining quality recruitment outcomes.
