As the Travel Therapy Division expands, we seek a skilled Travel Healthcare Recruiter passionate about fostering relationships, closing placements, and facilitating rewarding travel careers for clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, qualify, and place Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) into travel assignments nationwide.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified travel clinicians.
• Present job opportunities, negotiate compensation packages effectively, and successfully close placements.
• Develop durable relationships that encourage repeat assignments and promote long-term retention.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
• Consistently achieve and surpass weekly and monthly performance targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience recruiting in travel healthcare, with a strong preference for rehabilitation therapy recruiting.
• Proven track record of placing and retaining travel healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with LaborEdge ATS platforms is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Highly self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented while being a collaborative team player.
