- Submit well-matched candidates to hiring managers and help guide hiring choices with informed recommendations
- Handle compensation discussions while keeping business goals and margin considerations in view
- Keep candidate files aligned with credentialing, licensing, and regulatory expectations
- Coordinate onboarding and work with cross-functional partners to move candidates through placement
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and track candidate progress and interactions consistently
- Work toward productivity goals and contribute to recruitment reporting and performance tracking
- Assist with resolving issues and preserve strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in place of a degree
- At least 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience, ideally with hospitals or large healthcare systems
- Demonstrated success in creating recruitment strategies and managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Solid knowledge of healthcare hiring practices, employment rules, and credentialing standards
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, with iCIMS preferred, and maintaining organized candidate records
- Familiarity with sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital recruiting tools
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative, sales-oriented recruiting abilities
- The ability to juggle multiple requisitions while staying accurate and detail-focused
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a metrics-based setting
- Adaptability, resilience, and strong troubleshooting skills in changing conditions
Benefits
- Competitive pay package based on experience and performance
- Health, dental, and vision coverage options
- Potential for performance incentives and growth opportunities
- Remote or flexible work arrangements, depending on role needs
- Paid time off and holiday benefits
- Access to training and professional development resources
- Supportive, collaborative team culture focused on healthcare staffing impact
