About the Role
This opportunity is for a Healthcare Operations Evaluator who will help assess AI-produced content for quality, accuracy, and presentation. The role is remote and contract-based, with hourly compensation in the range of $80 to $120. The work is centered on healthcare operations and supports the improvement of AI model outputs.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated materials using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot mistakes related to facts, visual polish, and presentation across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write clear, organized feedback that helps improve output quality.
- Use your healthcare operations expertise to judge and score responses.
- Work on your own schedule, independently and asynchronously, while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred Profile
- A Master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
